Chevrolet\u2019s 2026 Corvette ZR1 just delivered an eye-catching performance at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA), proving its supercar-caliber chops. A stock ZR1 equipped with the ZTK Performance Package posted a 2:13.80 lap time, coming within roughly 2.3 seconds of the $2 million Czinger 21C\u2019s production car record (2:10.70), an exceptional feat given the Vette\u2019s factory setup and challenging track conditions.<\/p>\n

What makes this run especially impressive is how it stacks up against established supercars. The ZR1 comfortably beat the McLaren P1\u2019s COTA time (2:17.51) by more than four seconds, showcasing its raw speed and handling without costly tuning or modifications.<\/p>\n
